How to stay in the USA ?

so my friend is from russia , she came as a student in a program call work and travel , her visa is valid for onlt 3 months then she has to go back , but she doesnt want to go back she wants to stay here , what can she do ini order to stay here ? i know that she can change her visa from student to turist is there any other way ? how can she get a green card ? do you guys think is there a way to get green card by going to a collage ? fu%26amp;##% we dont know what to do all we know is that she wants to stay here :(((How to stay in the USA ?

College is very important...first your friend should find a college which accepts International Students, then apply for her VISA at the following link in my source box; we North Americans have a tendance to believe everyone is here illegally...lol...then make sure your friend pays her fees to be able to be free to roam in ';The Land of the Free'; good luck.
