How to change my task bar settings in Windows 7? (i.e. colour and transparency)?

I want the transparency effect. I understand that usually you 'right click' on your desktop and go to 'Personalize', then 'Window Colour'... however I seem to get different options coming up.

Please see the 3 links below for pictures of what I get on my screen.

How do I get the other options to come up? I檝e seen clips on YouTube where people click on 榃indow Colour?and they get a completely different set of options which lets them change transparency of the task bar and colour etc. Do I need to download something to be able to do this or something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!How to change my task bar settings in Windows 7? (i.e. colour and transparency)?
can you see the Aero Themes category now select it and then it will appear.

the reason is you selected somehow the Classical theme that's why the Classical theme option window appears

I can see you selected Windows Basic theme ,and it is only enable with Aero themes.
