I tried to bribe my way out, by saying I would do all my homework first then play on the comp for a few mins but she says ';I dont care I've made up my mind';. I've heard that a dozen times....but right now I dont know if its true.

Hey guy, You make your daily work time table and in this time table you give some tome for internet activity. I think you must have done any thing wrong and your mom knew it. If you do this you haven't problem from your mother...How I do I talk my mom out of taking the internet off?
lol shes your mom nothing you can do, and I agree with her ';she shouldnt try to change me'; youve got a problem dude.
the fact that you say thats just who you are is NO excuse in my book. she will always be your mom and the more you have attitudes with people, the more you'll find yourself unable to be given favors by most people who are in your life. so lose the attitude, think before you speak and act and be MORE respect to your mother. If she cuts the internet off, you'll just have to work harder to gain her trust back and she may give it back to you. but for some reason, she doesn't trust you enough to have it on. That's something you have to talk to her about without getting heated.
Sit your mother down and explain to her that you really like the internet and thats when you are in contact with your friends most of the time becuase its easier to see them that way. tell her you've always been smart about doing homework first and have never put it aside for something. tell her if she takes it away, you'll be bored. if she sees that you're sincere and that you really want it on, she may reconsider. (shouldn't have to bribe her with homework, you're suppose to do it anyway.)

you must have done something bad. Not having internet is like not having electricity and your mom has a reason. She's probably watching your browsing history.
You say you give everyone attitude and that is just you, however she is your mother and deserves respect. She provides for you and gave you birth. You should apologize to her....and not just so you can get the Internet but sincerely because you were disrespectful. You wonder why she has made up her mind, I am betting the disrespect is her reason. You need to stop the ';that's just me'; excuses and start treating her like a human being. Start there.
