How to change our thinking?

hi all how to control our emotions in case when we hurt?? im having big problem of expecting from my loved ones when they dnt reach my expectations i get hurt i want to change this but how ?? plzz help me with this??Is expecting much care n love from others is wrong??how can i change this attitude??How to change our thinking?
Well..that depends on you... say for example.. how hurt will you feel if nobody answers your question on this forum to your satisfaction...??

You must simply accept this reality of life. We can control our actions, thoughts and behaviors. We cannot control or change the actions, beliefs or behaviors of others. We can agree to disagree and still respect others opinions. The only one who will live up to your expectations is yourself and only if you work at it. Live and let live. Expect nothing from others and only greatness from yourself this way you will never be disappointed.
If u cn luv nd care fr urslf it dsnt matter whtr u get much luv n care frm othrs or nt.
you have to change your outlook on life first then things will move on from there
When you know yourself to be complete and perfect and unique because you are spirit you stop seeking externally for things and people to complete you.When you take personal responsibility for who you are you put space around the events that happen in your life, you become more conscious as a human being and when this happens you stop seeking outwardly to make yourself whole. How can others love you if you do not love yourself, to love yourself is not conceited or arrogant it is simply to accept and own all that you are , when you do this you know you will not find who you are in any other, and when you truly know this you will of course have no expectations there, you will be able to love and accept them without seeking yourself in them.

Do mediation.WHile mediating ask yourself what you want from society and why

Read some spiritual books

Try not to get involved so deeply

Especially dont expect ,much

It will take time to change but slowly make ur attitude ';I dont care'; until and unless it doesn't damage myself

Its difficult to practice but the day you change u will feel relieved
