How should i get my hair layered?

k so im black and i have a perm and my hair is really long!! well i want a change so im getting layers but idk how i should get them! i want to be able to show a picture to the hair stylist so she wont mess up haa so can you plz in include pics? and theres a pics of me so that you know what face shape i have and you can see how long my hair is!(:

dont get it layered itll just make ur hair look big and poofy it looks pretty already :)
