How do you get to be well known in 8th grade?

okay i am gonna be goin into the 8th grade and i wanna know how to get ';popular'; in 8th grade i mean this is pretty much me

tall

about average weight

brownish blonde short layered hair

blue eyes

and pretty quiet make about a's b's and c's

So that is pretty much me and i wann change and plus i am sooo tired of the friends that i have cuz they are liars ( AND I DONT HANG WITH THE POPULARS FYI) and they are fakes and they have been this way for a while and on the last day of school i talked to some of the popular girls that i used to hang out with and they were all like why are you soo quiet and how come we never hang out any more so i kinda think that they wanna be friends again but idk so just please answer my question HOW DO YOU GET WELL KNOWN IN 8TH GRADEHow do you get to be well known in 8th grade?

The ';populars'; are naturally popular... they didn't have to find some alternate identity on Y!A
1.) Get as many facebook friends as you can have. Be very active in the facebook arena. Lost of commenting, status updates, pictures, groups, (maybe have someone make a group called '(your name is the coolest girl I know) or something, ect.



2.)Join soccer, softball, or any other sport. Maybe try cheerleading.



3.)Talk to everyone you can at the dances and events, then people will know you and people will talk about you more. But only give them good things to talk about!



4.)Take pictures with as many people as possible at event when you meet them. Tag them in your facebook photos and they will tag you in theirs. People will start to want to get to know you more.



5.)Hang out with EVERYONE. Dont be picky, your friends may get on your nerves sometimes, but the popular kids wont not want to be your friends if your still friends with your old ones. If you have a genuinely good attitude about meeting lots of different people, then people will have a good attitude about meeting you. Remember, there is something interesting about everybody!

1) Be more outspoken/loud! (You can be the coolest person ever, but if you are quiet noone will ever know!) Make more comments(not mean ones) and just go with the flow. I am pretty laidback so I have learned how to jump into a conversation easily. It is simple as that. If you arent outspoken you cant be popular!



2) Get a new warbrode (like you like ofcourse) that seems trendy.



3) Do your hair! Makeup is sometimes iffy at 8th grade. However cute hair is cute hair. Curling hair is really cute i think since most girls dont have it natuarlly anymore. (Thats how i usually style my hair when i want to look cute lol)
