I need to get some money... not a ton.. but at least 300... how?

here is the story. i used to live in western new york but i moved to Minnesota because my dad needed a job and got one here. im extremely good friends with my friends in new york but am having a very hard time making new friends because everyone here is snobby.. i was going to go visit my friends in ny over the summer but my parents, even though they said they would pay for my tickets, have changed their minds and said i have to get the money myself.



i need to make at least 300 dollars by June 17th because i need to get plane tickets to visit my friends in new york.. i have applied for every job i am able to even get to but no one is hiring... i just need ideas for making money... and i don't have a car,,. nor do i have friends here to do a car wash with..I need to get some money... not a ton.. but at least 300... how?

maybe ur not getting the jobs bcuz of the way ur presenting urself? do u have a resume? if not, make a really good one. if u need an example, i can email u mine (email me). also make a cover letter for each job u apply for. u have to change it up and write it so that it pertains to the job ur applying for.. i got samples of that too. even if ur applying to mcdonalds, if u present urself like u really want that job, itll be urs.
do you have a lawnmower? if so, start cuttin boy! at $10 a yard, you only have to mow 30 lawns. chop chop!

Walmart is usually always hiring, min wage is $7.25 and WM usually pays $1 over.



So $8.25 x 8 hours per day = $66/day x 5 days = $330
you should have a labor ready somewhere nearby. put in an app. there then show up at 5 in the morning and they will have work for you if you show up consistently for awhile. it's not the best but that's how temp work goes.
