How to get over a friend?

I used to have a really close friend. Around two years ago, things changed. We were still friends but not so close. I think we stopped being friends for a variety of different reasons. I made some new friends at university (as she did) and even though I'd invite her everywhere, she wouldn't come. She wouldn't invite me anywhere so I guess she was a little envious? I don't know. Also, I had a boyfriend (we've been together for four years) and even though she had one, he treated her really bad so she started hanging out with our friends that are single. She wasn't particularly nice to me either. I won't go into detail.



However, I really miss her. I can't tell her this because we're still friends (but not as close); it's complicated. She's emigrating soon. I guess we won't see each other.



She's like a bad boyfriend. I can't get over her. I love her like a friend.How to get over a friend?
