Someone has blocked or deleted my email address on hotmail, how do I get it back?

I tried to log onto my hotmail account but I haven't changed my password so thet must have but I already know who blocked or deleted it so can you help me retrieve my email address?.Someone has blocked or deleted my email address on hotmail, how do I get it back?
Unless the person who did this will tell you what they did you probably can't get the email address back. If they deleted it, you might be able to generate a new account using your old address. If they just changed the password you won't be able to generate a new account with that address. Moral of this story, never, ever, give someone else your passwords. And make sure you're passwords aren't easy to guess.
