I am going into Gr 10 next year, but I want to know if I can get a new birth certificate, that says I'm 14 instead of 15. No you can't legally change your date of birth. It won't hurt you in the long run as there are lots of kids that start school a year late.

There is no way you can change the date of your Birth and doing so will be taken as an act of Fraud you may only change your name on your Birth Certificate which I am sure you may know already be careful about your intentions as doing the wrong thing can land you in Jail for a long period of time as the Courts come down very heavy on Fraudsters.
