How do i get the secret question form up?

so i changed my password last night and i know the password i changed it to but for some reason now its not working and when i click 'forgot my password' it tells me to type in my msn and the captcha thing whatever its called then it just says

Send password reset instructions to me in e-mail:



Select an e-mail address:

(my email address)

Alternate e-mail



but its not sendin my password to my Alternate e-mail and how am i supposed to send it to my msn if its not lettin me sign in to it to get on the email? its stressin me out now.



so how do i get that page up where i type in my secret question?How do i get the secret question form up?

Spam folder.I'm sure it will be in there.
