that's very good that u know that what's there which is bothering you. It gives me an impression that you have attention problem and ven u don't get attention of people around you,u get hurt.right???
look whenever u r in a situation like this try to think from a different perspective...like what cud be d reason that the other person is not responding in the desired manner?? is his/her mind occupied wid some other thoughts? is she/he under some kind of a stress. try to ask them?
always remember that it is not always necessary to express ur loved ones that u love them ..it is an emotion which needs to be felt.. I am sure that ur loved ones were there wid u always in ur thick n thins and this shows how much they care and love you.How to change our thinking?
EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON THE WAY YOU SEE A SITUATION. If you feel that it's really bad, it will be more than bad. but for a change, if you can feel the bad situation is good for you, then it will turn to be the happiest situation. They just depends on the way you see it and handle it.

To change the thinking we have to approach the issue from different attitudes. For that the approach has to be 1) subjective or 2) objective. Subjective will be always the thoughts from our part and we will be forced think that is correct.Objective approach is a combination of going to the level of the person who had done and the result of the act resulted to me and come to a conclusion that If I am the person who acted. This will help to change the thinking
