My Ipod nano's brightness is very low &stays low even when i try to change it? How i can fix this?

I've tried to change the brightness in the settings but my backlight is permanently dim. Is there any way to fix this? Try going to settings first. If it does not work then try to restart it and try to change the setting for it again. If that still does not work then try to connect it to itunes and go back to its original factory settings. If they does not work i would suggest you get it looked at. Hopefully you have insurance for it...
I sounds like your ipod's backlight is broken or the bulb is burned out, try contacting an apple store or just call them.
