when i am depressed im always negative and pessimistic and dont care about anything or anybody i/m even mean to the people who ';care'; about me...my life keeps getting worse and worse idk what to do anymore =( how do i change? please dnt say go to a therapist doesnt workIs it normal to feel this way?

Well the way your feeling is just like me when school starts :P um maybe.. a relationship? idk.
Think about all the people who have it worse than you.
Think about moving forward.
Think about things that make you happy.
Think about where you want to be in life, and make it happen.
This may or may not but I have a friend who has to deal with a lot of tough stuff and she has started to write two different journals everyday. The first one is writing about your day and stuff that you feel. The second one is to write down any little positive thing that happened to you during that day. So even if it is small and not important to someone else, you can still focus on the little happy things that have happened.
I used to feel that way because there was something in my life I felt I couldn't change. But you can always change your life, while you're still alive.
ahhhhhhhhhh get out there and talk to some friends

Discover why are you always like that. You only live once, be happy. Do things you like, spend time with people you like.
This is pretty normal for most people. I have seen very few positive thinking people who can take depressing situations in a stride. I am not sure if you can change anything about it, since it is your nature. And you can't change your nature. It can change if you find someone who thinks positive and may redirect your negative energy to something productive. You can only wait and watch.
Meanwhile, try doing yoga and meditate. This will bring calm and serene thoughts and may help a little.
Get a journal and write how you feel down, and once you have written it all down, burn the page or pages.
You wont't like this answer but you need to go to a therapist or a counsler before things get bad, or al least talk to someone you trust.
I sort of have the same problem as you although less harsh, I personally have to get drunk to even be nice sometimes because I'm not a naturally kind individual and am very distant and hard to talk too. Therapists don't work nor do Psychiatrists so don't waste your money on them like I did... Antidepressents tend to make you feel more like a robot than a human and literally block out your emotions as well.
The two ';cures'; I have found are either Opiates ';pills that make you feel VERY happy and enjoy life'; or a little Alcohol to make me more likeable and talkative, anyways if neither of those remedies apply to you good luck!
