How to get to lakeside on the c2c?

Im going to lakeside on the c2c, and wondered if i could use a regular london travel card (zone 2-6) to get there.

I know the tickets have changed as you can now use an oyster card to get there.



Can anyone help me??How to get to lakeside on the c2c?
Lakeside is easy by c2c train - just take the undercover walkway from Chafford Hundred station and you're there...



It is however outside a travel card zone...

if you buy your ticket from a ticket window at a station - ask for an extension to your travel card... they should sell you then only a ticket to get you from Z6 to Lakeside (including bus)...
