How do i get sound with time warp in after effects cs5? i want to use it for skateboarding?

i want to be able to use this effect with the cool audio that comes with it like that slow gradual slowing down of the audio instead of the harsh change in pitch and speed of the audio. If this is not available in after effects cs5 i want to know what other program could do this and if i could then sync that warped sound with the warped video
