How do i change my video category from ';iTunes U'; to ';Music Video';? iTunes you videos dont show up on screen!?

I connected my iPod touch to my laptop. I went to my video option and accidentally categorized one of my videos as ';iTunes U'; from ';Movie'; under ';Media Kind';. After doing this, the video disappeared from the iTunes but its still in my iPod. How do i get the video back? I want to mark it as ';Music Video'; but its not showing up and i cant find it! Help!How do i change my video category from ';iTunes U'; to ';Music Video';? iTunes you videos dont show up on screen!?
Right click the video in the iTunes, and click ';get info';, you will see a video tab, then you can change your video type to Movie, Music Video or TV Shows.
